Brunotti

BLAST system is an application in the Brunotti Gravity.01 winter sports jacket intended to regulate the user’s body temperature. The body has several points where the blood vessels run closely to the surface of the skin. These points, also known as pulse points, can be used to cool or warm the entire body quickly and efficiently. The BLAST system utilises airflow directed towards these pulse points through closable air vents on the sleeves of the jacket. This technical solution reduces discomfort in body temperature and has been tested with successful measured results; a significant temperature drop.

Allibert

Vigo is a foldable outdoor lounge chair designed for space restricted areas. The living hinges in the corners are used to easily unfold and store the chair. The cavities in the sides of the chair hold and lock the seat while being used. Every part is composed out of two sides that are attached together to give the chair a finished design.

Engaging Furniture Design

Consumers are acting more conscious about the impact of their purchasing decisions. This movement entails people to own products that are used to personify ideals and aspirations, fulfil personal goals and most importantly; telling a story. Therefore, I designed and developed a building kit enabling to construct a variety of furniture pieces. Enhancing meaningful activities by engaging the user in the building process. The design can be rearranged into something new, which prolongs the end-of-life of the product and contributes to a circular economy.

Vinyl Ritual

Enjoying music embodies far more than simply listening to the audio. It includes discovering new music, rediscovering old records and sharing your own collection with friends. Although nowadays most of the music only exists in digital form, the analog LP record offers the possibility to restore an old quality. Sharing a physical music collection. Being able to browse through a pile of records while memories are triggered by the first glance of an album cover.
This record shelf offers the possibility to store a selection of records that can be accessed by sliding the front cover. The diagonal displacement creates space between the records, providing a line of sight on the artwork and the possibility to browse through the collection. Chosen, currently playing or simply beautiful records can be displayed on top of the shelf.
